Fata Morgana - Ghigos Ideas

Ghigos Ideas proposes Fata Morgana, a pavilion consisting of horizontally and vertically installed circular platforms connected by ladders and showered by jets of water. Mirrored surfaces reflecting the sky, smaller platforms temporarily elevated by water jets, and various other waterworks create areas for play and relaxation; visitors can sit and lie on the platforms while enjoying the shade and cool water from the installation’s drinking fountains. The platforms are constructed mainly from wood, and all the water used—apart from that dispensed by the drinking fountains—is recycled back through the design.
